Cascade Services, a leading residential tri-trade services platform, has made two new acquisitions, bringing their total to 11 over the past two years.
Their 10th acquisition, Sun Plumbing, has been serving Brevard County, Florida, since 1974 and is Cascade’s first fully dedicated plumbing business. This allows Cascade to expand its services in the Melbourne, Florida-area and offer plumbing solutions to their existing HVAC customers.
Cascade’s 11th acquisition is Smith & Keene Home Services, a top provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in Chesapeake and Greater Norfolk, Virginia. This complex transaction involved the separation of Smith and Keene’s retail installation and repair services from its parent company, which will now operate as S & K Electric.
Both acquisitions support Cascade’s strategy to grow regionally, expand vendor opportunities, and enhance customer service. Cascade is actively seeking additional opportunities in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across the Southern U.S.
